Spa lunches for all our Signature Spa Packages are prepared fresh by the chefs at the Rousseau House, Ancaster’s premier fine dining establishment. 

Classic Caesar Salad
with double smoked bacon lardons and herbed croutons in a house made dressing.

Baby Spinach Salad
with feta cheese, Bermuda onions, bacon and toasted cashews, with orange and champagne vinaigrette.

Quiche Lorraine
with bacon and asparagus topped with Swiss cheese and served with house dressed greens.

Slow Roasted Sirloin Sandwich
with barbeque sauce, horseradish aioli, Bermuda onion, tomatoes and Cambozola cheese served on whole wheat bread with a choice of house dressed greens or potato frites.

The Rousseau Club
with sliced smoked chicken, bacon, tomatoes and 4-year old cheddar served with house dressed greens or potato frites.
